Meeting coaching
See how much each person talked, which monologues ran longest, and how participation evolved throughout the meeting.
Coaching doesn't measure emotions. Coaching metrics count who spoke and for how long. They don't try to infer how anyone felt: that would produce sensitive data and often be wrong.

Frequently asked questions
Does my data go to third-party companies?
Infrastructure providers participate in every plan. Basic transcription does not use external AI; Pro features and eligible Basic samples may use AI providers. Confidential mode excludes content from those flows. See the Privacy Policy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic is free: 180 minutes of local transcription per month, export and search. Pro costs R$ 89/month or R$ 828/year and adds AI transcription, summaries, task and decision extraction, the assistant and coaching insights.
How do I subscribe to Pro?
Sign in to your account (or create one) and checkout opens on the offer you chose. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
Do I need a credit card to use Basic?
No. Basic is free and doesn't ask for a card. You only enter a card if you subscribe to Pro.
Does Anotta automatically connect every conversation?
You link meetings to projects and consult their history. The Pro assistant uses available project context, subject to limits and permissions. This is not unlimited automatic memory: review the record and agree on next steps with your team.
